Choice Affiliations
Concorde Staff Source has formed an alliance with a consortium of staffing and search firms called First Choice. These firms are located across the country in strategic locations. As a member firm of First Choice, we are able to provide our clients with a comprehensive database of physicians who are seeking a practice change. Our current database is about forty thousand strong.

Concorde Staff Source is a founding member of the NAPR (The National Association of Physician
Recruiters). The NAPR is a professional trade association dedicated to upholding the ethics/policies and procedures of the physician recruitment industry. All
of our consultants are trained in these procedures and abide by the NAPR code of ethics. Concorde has been very active in this association serving on the board of directors and several committees.
Jamey Morgan, President of Concorde Staff Source, is currently on the Steering Committee of a new association of Locum Tenens Organizations. Several Locum Tenens Staffing Firms are coming together to concentrate on industry education, insurance, credentialing and ethics.
