Concorde Staff Source provides Allied Health Professionals and Physicians on a permanent and locum tenens basis nationwide. Established in 1966 as a full service recruitment firm. For over twenty years, Concorde has specialized in the healthcare industry and now we are exclusive to this market. By specializing we are able to provide thorough knowledge of the healthcare market and keep up with the changing needs of hospitals and groups.

The literal meaning of the word "concord" is agreement and harmony. We have built our business by forming agreements or partnerships with our clients in order to facilitate the recruitment process. We listen closely to both our client and candidates needs so we are able to match the right person with the right opportunity. This is achieved with a close working relationship with all parties that are involved in the placement.

Our Locum Tenens Staffing Division was started with the goal of keeping physicians close to their home. Most times we still achieve this goal, except with areas of medicine that are experiencing high shortages of physicians. Physicians like this approach in order to lessen their time away from home and they do not have to be concerned with additional licensure. Our clients feel more comfortable with a physician from their state or region. We listened to what you wanted.

Our success in providing high-level practitioners has allowed us to expand our goals beyond the staffing industry. This year Concorde Staff Source will start a fund to contribute toward the education of a medical school student. Through our continued success and growth, we are working toward a goal of providing a full scholarship to a medical student in our state. With our staffing partnership, you will be participating in this goal. The fees you pay us and the work provided will help ensure that the brightest students are able to enter the medical profession.
