The PERMANENT RECRUITMENT DIVISION provides services to groups and hospitals on a contingency basis. No fee is due until the candidate accepts your position. You do not incur any upfront costs to pay for our recruitment efforts. Some clients have requested that we do a special recruitment campaign on their behalf, however this is an additional service. We find we can perform this service at a lower cost per piece than hospitals and groups can on their own. This is achieved through volume discount contracts. Consultants concentrate their efforts in certain medical specialty fields in order to stay current with compensation changes.

Concorde Staff Source's LOCUM TENENS DIVISION provides physicians in the following specialties; Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Occupational Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Pathology, Radiology, and Urgent Care. Consultants specialize by medical specialty and regionally to give you current and accurate information on compensation and daily rates. Concorde will coordinate and work with you to make the assignment go smoothly. Malpractice insurance coverage is provided for all of our physicians.
Concorde pays physicians above average compensation so we may attract physicians who may otherwise not be in the Locum Tenens marketplace. Because of this arrangement we have different physicians in our pool; those working in their own practices or in an academic setting and use Locum Tenens to supplement their income or expand their knowledge base.
