The most commonly asked question by physicians considering working on a Locum Tenens basis is how will I be compensated. At Concorde we pride ourselves on paying physicians above average compensation. The following are ranges by specialty. Daily rates vary within the range based on practice volume, procedures performed and location.

ANESTHESIOLGY $1100-1400/day
CARDIOLOGY $800-1000/day
FAMILY PRACTICE $400-500/day
INTERNAL MEDICINE $450-550/day
GENERAL SURGERY $800-900/day
OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE $60-80/hour
ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY $900-1000/day
PATHOLOGY $600-700/day 
RADIATION ONCOLOGY $800-900/day
RADIOLOGY $1300-2000/day
URGENT CARE  $60-80/hour

Additional compensation for call and overtime.
