One of my favorite stories is when I worked exclusively with a hospital in Northern Wisconsin, helping them staff their Radiology Department. We had a circle of 20+ Radiologists that, together, kept their department open for several years.
The physicians were exceptional and provided excellent medical care. It was such a great group of providers that one of the radiologists staffed at this hospital learned of another hospital staff member that needed a procedure, which few radiologists did. He decided to travel to the facility on his day off, and without payment, to perform the procedure for that staff member.
The work we do routinely creates matches like this, and it feels great to be a part of that.
Being a Locum Tenens Consultant at Concorde, I know the stresses and challenges presented when trying to find a “perfect match” between our clients and physicians. I enjoy every opportunity to be put in front of those challenges and use my problem solving skills to help you overcome them.
I am always looking to improve what I do for my clients and physicians, and how I do it. That’s why I am not afraid to face a difficult situation—it helps me gain perspective on how to produce the best possible outcomes. My primary goal is to “take a load off your shoulders” with the work I do. Whether you’re one of my clients or one of the physicians I represent, I aim to make your life as easy as possible.
