My goal as Operations Director within Concord(e) is to provide the support and assistance needed to help keep Concorde running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Wearing many hats, I manage the day-to-day responsibilities of human resources, IT, as well as oversee the risk management and administrative staff. I also work with our consultancy teams to provide the support they need to deliver our clients the best customer service possible, helping drive the higher standards we are proud to live by.
