As a habitual problem-solver, I am always eager to jump in, roll up my sleeves, and come up with a positive solution that delivers successful results. Helping to match my clients with physicians of higher standards, and knowing that the work we do will positively affect the lives of so many others, is an incredibly gratifying and motivating experience, one which I am always eager and happy to be a part of.
I approach each and every relationship in my life with trust, honesty, persistence, and eagerness, including those with my clients and the physicians we match them with. I believe that if we stand by our standards, the ability for us to forge trusted relationships with the people we work with will come naturally.
Because of this, I believe that communication is key. I work hard to be efficient and convenient for my clients, and produce quality results as compared to a high quantity of results. As with any relationship, the more you put into it, the more you will receive, and I believe this is true with the work I do with my clients.

The type of relationship I like to develop with my clients is what I like to call a “true partnership” relationship. A “true partnership” relationship means that I will work tirelessly along side you to fully understand the specific needs of your position, so as to find a candidate who will be a “best match” for you and your organization.
As with any good relationship, I believe that communication is critical.I see myself as an extension of your department, and am always working to help you and your facility. I set high standards for the work I do, with efficiency, communication, honesty, and trust being non-negotiable elements to the services I provide.

When I work with healthcare providers, I focus on paying attention to the details and taking time to truly understand what the needs and motivations of the individual physician are. Finding physicians who are serious about living up to the higher standards we set at Concorde is a requirement.

The fact of the matter is, our definition of the “right fit” is more than just the black and white details that can be marked by anyone on your CV. The “right fit” is also more than just matching the job requirements to your past experience.
