I love the work I do. My colleagues call me “The Blonde Tornado”. To me, making a great match between a qualified healthcare provider and one of our clients is a truly satisfying feeling. It’s one of the many reasons why I’m energized to begin each day with the purpose of helping my clients solve their problems and, hopefully, helping them find the right physician to provide a higher standard of patient care. I leave no stone unturned in my efforts to find a match between our clients and qualified physicians.
While I approach my work with an unmatched energy every single day, my true approach is to listen. I find it to be truly incredible what one can learn by simply listening to the needs, motivations, desires, and goals of others. I will not send (or distribute) a flurry of CVs to you; instead, I will listen to what you want to accomplish, and help you find a solution.
I look for the silent details that truly create the “best match.” Is the job the type of work the physician wants to do? Does the physician have ties to the area where my client resides? Are they able to master the tasks and duties the job requires? It’s these details, and more, that I learn about which allows me to create better matches between physicians and clients.
